Reporting at the General Meeting, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luan - General Director of the Company emphasized: Although facing many disadvantages in 2021, especially the prolonged negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, along with the decision With the heart and consensus of all employees of the Company, PGS has made great efforts and achieved impressive business results with revenue of 114.44% compared to the plan, Pre-tax profit reaching 127.36% compared to the plan.
In 2022, the world economy faces the biggest energy supply shock ever due to the escalating political tension between Russia and Ukraine that broke out into armed conflict; The epidemic is still complicated, affecting many aspects of PGS's activities; Competition in the market is becoming more and more fierce; Faced with that situation, PGS has come up with solutions to cope and set a plan for 2022 with many important targets, including: Total revenue of VND 6,138.54 billion; Pre-tax profit is 96.6 billion dong;

After discussion, the 2022 Annual General Meeting of PGS approved the contents presented at the General Meeting.
