The Congress had the honor to welcome Mr. Tran Xuan Thanh - Member of the Executive Committee of Vietnam Oil and Gas Union, Member of the Executive Committee of Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union of Vietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS); Mr. Le Phuoc Khoi – Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of PV GAS Trade Union Technical Committee. Representative of the company's leaders was Mr. Phan Quoc Nghia - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Company; Representative of the Board of Supervisors of the Company; The Board of Directors of the Company and 146 representatives representing nearly 1,200 Trade Union members in the Company were present in total.
