Being busy with work or the pressure of living life has always been challenging, making it difficult to devote our minds and time to our family fully. Work and daily life force us into the cycle of busyness; time for family and children is gradually narrowed, making way for rice and money.
Understanding the hardships of employees, with the consent and support of the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, the Leadership - Trade Union - Youth Union of Binh Gas Branch successfully organized the program "Family Festival.” Binh Gas" aims to connect love and create opportunities for employees to share and express their feelings with family members. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to exchange between families, share life experiences and spread awareness—radiate positive energy to everyone.
During the program, all relatives of employees were introduced to the branch and visited the factory to understand better the daily work of fathers, mothers, spouses, brothers, and sisters in the program. The family is engaged in production and business activities. In addition, during the festival, many teambuilding activities were organized for children and all employees and relatives at the Golden Scorpion Resort - Nhon Trach.
Sharing with the Organizing Committee, baby Phan Thien Ngan - the child of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Huong (Supporting Employee), feels: “I feel thrilled and know more about the Company and the work that you are doing, understand the hardships in the work of the uncles and aunts. The trip taught me the production steps to make a gas cylinder. In addition, I also meet and get to know many new friends and have fun with rewards. On the side of Binh Khi Branch, Mr. Dang Thanh Cong - Deputy Secretary of the Branch - President of the Trade Union - Deputy Director of the Branch shared that he hopes this program will create an opportunity to connect emotions and promote the spirit of friendship—Solidarity among employees in the Branch, among family members. Family Day has helped all employees in the Branch exchange learn more about family knowledge, improving the value of life. Also, this festival has created an open, sociable, friendly working space, arousing creativity, excitement, and love for each employee's work, contributing to creating more beauty in the Culture—enterprise nation.
Not only stopping organizing a playground for a collective, but Family Day is also an opportunity to honor family cultural values as well as corporate cultural identity, where the Branch leadership can understand more about the family life of each employee and also a place for employees in the Company to have moments of relaxation, to meet, exchange, exchange and share experiences with other employees, contributing to promote emulation movements in production labor, improve production and business efficiency.
