We need a mechanism to encourage businesses to use clean fuel to develop a green economy.
Although using clean fuel (CNG gas) helps transport businesses save costs and at the same time protect the environment towards green economic development, currently, the number of buses in Ho Chi Minh City using CNG gas is still small due to limited CNG gas filling points. Therefore, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luan - General Director of Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company, said that to "green" the transport system, the city needs a unique mechanism to encourage businesses to invest and build clean fuel-filling stations. Sharing in the program Café with Saigon Entrepreneurs, Mr. Luan said: “If we have many CNG filling stations, it will create favorable conditions for businesses and individuals to switch to clean fuel because it is both clean and economical, and easy to switch.”
