With the approval of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company, the Standing Committee of PV Gas South Youth Union organized the 2015 Youth Union professional training conference at Minh Dam Revolutionary Base, Dat Do District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. Attending this year’s training were comrade Nguyen Thanh Chien, Member of the Standing Committee of PV Gas Youth Union – Head of the Skills Club, representing PV Gas Youth Union; and comrade Dinh Dang Vu, Secretary of PV Gas South Youth Union, together with 112 Youth Union members of PV Gas South.
At this year’s conference, the Standing Committee of PV Gas South Youth Union provided guidance and exchanged contents related to member management, union affairs, youth transition, and Party development, aiming to strengthen grassroots Youth Union organizations under PV Gas South. The event also created an opportunity for senior Youth Union officers to share experiences as well as to listen to the thoughts and aspirations of young members regarding upcoming activities of PV Gas South Youth Union.
In addition, the Standing Committee organized the Amazing Race program at Minh Dam with various challenges to train health and practice life skills, helping members realize the importance of these skills in daily life. After serious and practical training sessions, activities such as a Gala Dinner, campfire, and teambuilding were also held to create a playground for exchange, bonding, and motivation, encouraging PV Gas South youth members to work enthusiastically and strive to accomplish the company’s business goals in 2015.
The 2015 Youth Union professional training conference concluded successfully, leaving beautiful memories for each PV Gas South Youth Union member. Looking forward to seeing you again at the 2016 training conference.
