Petrovietnam (PVN) has allocated VND 350 billion to various social welfare programs during the first nine months of the year. Among these initiatives, the Group successfully completed Phase 1 of the clean energy production project on Truong Sa Island and implemented support programs for six poor districts in Quang Ngai Province.
It is projected that by the end of 2009, PVN’s total investment in social welfare activities will exceed VND 900 billion.
