On September 29, Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company (PV GAS SOUTH) registered to transfer 5.61 million PGD shares to Vietnam Gas Corporation – One Member Limited Liability Company (PV Gas) at a price not lower than VND 30,000/share.
On the morning of September 30, during the negotiated transaction session, 5.61 million shares were successfully transferred by PGS at VND 31,000/share.
At the end of the same trading session, PGD shares closed at VND 30,800/share; PGS shares hit the ceiling with an increase of VND 2,600 at the end of the session, reaching an average of VND 39,200/share.
