The facility includes 3 LPG spherical tanks with a capacity of 3,500 tons, an LPG loading system for tank trucks, and auxiliary systems, ensuring the direct receipt and distribution of LPG products from Dung Quat Refinery to the South Central and Central Highlands regions, thereby reducing transportation costs.
Before these three tanks were available, PV Gas received LPG from Dung Quat Refinery, transported it by ship to major distribution hubs in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hai Phong. From there, tank trucks would transport LPG back to the central provinces for retail distribution.
