The PV Gas 2015 Mass Art Performance Festival gathered 16 art teams representing 16 member units and subsidiaries of PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (PV GAS). The festival was professionally organized, with a high-profile judging panel including Musician and Meritorious Artist Quoc Tru (Chief Judge), Musician Thap Nhat, and Artist Quoc Trinh. The performances presented by the participating units were carefully prepared and of high artistic quality, creating a healthy and engaging cultural and artistic playground for all employees of PV GAS.
After two days of competition, the Jury worked diligently to select the best performances and outstanding programs of the Festival. In addition, the Organizing Committee also selected remarkable performances to be showcased at the 25th Anniversary Celebration of PV GAS.
PV Gas South’s art team participated in this year’s festival with the program themed “PV Gas South Reaching Out to the Open Sea”. With six performances, the team won First Prize – Overall Champion of the PV Gas 2015 Mass Art Performance Festival. In addition, individual performances also achieved high results, specifically:
1. The play “Love Without Borders” – Second Prize.
2. Solo dance “A Stroke of the Highlands” – First Prize.
3. Singing and dancing performance “Improvisation on the Red River” – First Prize.
4. Trio singing “Bringing Lunch to Mother in the Fields” – Second Prize.
5. Solo singing “Epic Song of the Sea” – Third Prize.
6. Singing and dancing medley “Vietnamese Sea Medley – PV Gas South” – Third Prize.
7. Program “PV Gas South Reaching Out to the Open Sea” – First Prize (Overall).
These achievements are expected to be a source of motivation for all employees to strive for excellence in fulfilling the 2015 business and production tasks, leaving a positive impression and image for the Company. The PV Gas South art team sincerely thanks the Company’s Leadership and all employees for their support and encouragement throughout the Festival.
