On November 23, after dropping to the lowest level in a week, crude oil prices rebounded as demand increased amid a weaker U.S. dollar.
In New York, January 2010 crude oil futures rose 86 cents, or about 1.1%, to USD 78.33 per barrel. In London, January 2010 crude oil prices posted a similar gain of 86 cents (1.1%) to USD 78.06 per barrel.
