Being approved by the Leadership and Trade Union Executive Committee of Gas South Company, in order to promptly encourage and foster the staffs and employees for their efforts in production, business and successfully completing all tasks in 2020; The Board of Directors, Trade Union, Youth Union of Binh Khi Branch organized for all staffs and employees to participate in Team Building activities for 2 days and 1 night (from December 12th to 13th, 2020) at Mui Ne, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province.
In this program, the Delegation visited Thap Ba Po Sah Inu Tourism Area, discovered particularly interesting natural landscapes as Bau Trang on the most beautiful coastal road in Vietnam. In Mui Ne, the staffs and employees of the Branch not only enjoy playing, swimming, participating in sand sports such as: off-road racing, sand-sledding, ... but also have opportunity to mix with and experience unforgettable activities in meaningful and joyful teambuilding games at the beach.
With the slogan “WORK HARD - PLAY HARD”, the Team Building program started with group games with full of excitement and joy. This activity created the attachment between staffs and employees of departments and divisions within the Branch, at the same time, provided opportunities for positive elements of the unit to open their qualities and skills in organization, leading and direction of activities of each group when competing and vieing through games that require ingenuity, creative thinking and cooperation from team members to come up with plans and strategies to reach the group’s goals.
Wearing new uniforms, the staffs and employees of the Branch have “burned out” in the Gala Dinner: next to the warm “campfire”, there was a joyous, exciting, cohesive atmosphere, the exciting and impressive game shows… Theme of the Gala Dinner program “Transforming for development - Engaging for success”, the Branch Leadership hopes that with cooperation, consensus and teamwork spirit will create total strength to assist the Branch in particular and the Company in general to overcome all difficulties and challenges to develop to a new height.
The program ended with happy and memorable moments for all staffs and employees of Binh Khi Branch, contributing to taking care of spiritual life, improving collective spirit and leadership as well as creating cohesion among the members. More importantly, all staffs and employees of Binh Khi Branch have spent time to relax, rest, and energize to be active and creative for the upcoming common goals.
