On the afternoon of December 2, 2022, Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company (Gas South), stock code: PGS, was honored in the Top 5 Listed Enterprises of Small Cap Group with the Best Annual Report in the poll of Listed Enterprises 2022 by Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), Ha Stock Exchange Noi (HNX) and Investment Newspaper cooperated with the annual and sole sponsorship of Dragon Capital Fund Management Company with the mission of supporting and encouraging listed companies to improve their professionalism and transparency, enhancing the ability to transmit information to investors, aiming for effective governance and increasingly sustainable development.
The listed companies in 2022 attracted nearly 600 companies on the two stock exchanges, HOSE and HNX. The enterprises were divided into large, medium, and small-cap groups, competing in three award categories, including Annual Report – Sustainable Development Report – Corporate Governance, and of which only 40 enterprises were honored in the three categories above.
Previously, on November 18, 2022, Gas South was also honored to receive the award of Top 10 Listed Enterprises with Good Corporate Governance in the evaluation period 2021 - 2022 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) organization to promote the application of good corporate governance practices and summarize the activities of listing and trading registration in 2022.

With two consecutive years of winning the Top 5 best annual reports and the Top 10 listed companies performing well in corporate governance in the evaluation period 2021 - 2022, it is a testament to the decision to restructure the enterprise in 2018. 2020 of the Board of Directors of Gas South is correct and begins to enjoy the sweet fruits after three years of restructuring the Company.
